Lead without arrogance

This world sorely needs leadership from the heart and genuine service. Patriarchal systems are being broken down to dispel the arrogance that permeates through all levels of governance, whether that be in elected societies, corporations or the military-industrial complex. It’s time to lead without arrogance.

The feminine innate power of heart-led leadership is here to revolutionise the world. Yet this will never be supported unless the people themselves embrace a new way of being. there is so much fear around leaving the old ways behind, and yet there is no turning back. There is only the revolution of the world cycles; humanity has a choice right now on how to respond.

It is more than a breath of fresh air to see candidates running for the presidency who really do stand in humility to lead a better way forward. For example, Robert F Kennedy junior WILL do what is required to reveal the truth behind the powers that be, to reveal with transparency and ownership the consequences of previous choices if he is elected in the US in 2024.

When the masses see for themselves and discern the degree to which they have been lied to the breakthroughs really come. Yes, the systems that people have relied upon for decades can no longer stand in the new world that is forming. It will take some time for the arrogance of the old to be dissipated.

Hold the space for heart-led leadership

That’s why it’s so important for those who are able to hold the space for great transformation in leadership to do so.

There has been a big movement in thought leadership over the past decade. Perhaps it’s time to get out of thoughts and thinking and into the heart and leading with honour instead. Each of us can contribute by moving towards collaboration and not competition, to set an example of openness and not greed, to be an inspiration for future generations.

Dissolve your spiritual arrogance

If you feel that politics is something you don’t have to be involved with because it’s about the management of the masses, then perhaps it’s time to step down from the pedestal of your own spiritual arrogance. There are many people who feel a level of superiority due to the grade of their own enlightenment yet are terrified of actually going into their own shadow and admitting what still haunts them. Spiritual bypassing is a denial of their inner truth.

We are all blindsided to our own arrogance. Perhaps it’s time to eat a slice of humble pie and find those places we are. Be prepared to fall down – and to get up again, bravely recognizing the error of your ways. For this is true leadership.
